Delete your account

You can delete your Remi Online account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent.

In the game (fastest)

1. Open the game, in the app or at play.remi-online.com, and log in.
2. Tap your name or Settings → My profile.
3. At the very bottom, tap Delete account.
4. Enter your password and type DELETE, then tap Delete my account.

By email

If you can no longer log in, email [email protected] from your account's email address with the subject “Delete account” and your player name. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• your player name, email address and password;
• your profile photo and avatar;
• your coins, shop items and badges;
• your friends list and friend requests;
• your rating, rankings, league and tournament results, missions and stats;
• your login sessions.

What may remain

Results of matches you played with other people stay in their history, but without your name (shown as a deleted account) and with no link to you. Behaviour reports sent by other players may be kept for up to 6 months for game safety. Server backups are overwritten within 30 days.
