This is a translation for convenience. If there is any difference, the Romanian version applies.

1. The game

Remi Online (remi-online.com, play.remi-online.com and the mobile apps) is a free Rummy 45 game for entertainment. By using the game you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. No gambling

Remi Online is not a gambling game and is not played for real money. You cannot win money or prizes with monetary value.

3. Virtual coins

• Coins are earned only by playing: sign-up bonus, daily bonus, match rewards, daily missions, achievements, levels and weekly tournament prizes.
• Coins cannot be bought with real money, cannot be exchanged for money or goods, cannot be withdrawn and cannot be transferred between players.
• Coins are used for stakes at tables between players and for cosmetic items (tables, tile backs, avatar frames). Cosmetic items give no advantage in the game.
• Coins and items are a licence to use within the game, not your property, and have no monetary value. We may adjust them to correct errors or abuse.

4. Staked tables

At a staked table, every player puts in the same number of coins at the start of the match and the winner takes all the stakes (in a tie, they are split). If you leave the match before the end, you lose your stake. If the match cannot finish for technical reasons (for example a server restart), the stakes are returned.

4b. Weekly tournament and rating

Matches played with an account earn points in the weekly tournament and change your rating (league). Tournament prizes are only virtual coins and badges, awarded automatically at the start of the following week according to the rules shown in the game. Results obtained through collusion between players, multiple accounts or automated programs may be cancelled and the accounts involved suspended.

5. Real-money purchases

In the mobile apps, only the following can be bought through Google Play or the App Store: the “no ads” subscription and packs of cosmetic items. These do not affect the outcome of the game. Payment, billing, subscription cancellation and refunds are handled by the app store, under its rules.

6. Ads

The game may show ads between rounds and in the lobby, never during play. Rewarded videos are always optional.

7. Behaviour

• Be respectful in chat. Insults, spam and offensive player names are not allowed.
• Using automated programs, multiple accounts or collusion between players to gain coins or ranking positions is not allowed.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

8. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time at [email protected]; coins and items are lost on deletion.

9. Availability

The game is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running without interruption, but we cannot guarantee this. We may change the game, the coin economy and these terms; important changes will be announced in the game.
