Remi Online (remi-online.com and play.remi-online.com) is a free Rummy 45 game. This page explains what data we use when you play.
What data we use
- The player name you choose. It is visible to other players and, for accounts, on the leaderboard and public profile.
- Your account (optional): email address and password (stored only in irreversibly encrypted form). We use the email only to confirm your account and reset your password; it is never shown to other players.
- Stats and coins: matches played, points, wins, your virtual coin balance and history, and the cosmetic items you own.
- An anonymous identifier stored in your browser (localStorage), so you can reconnect to the same table and stay logged in.
- Your country, worked out from your connection by Cloudflare, to show a flag next to your name at the table. We do not store your exact location.
- Table chat messages. They are kept only while the table exists.
- Technical data (IP address, browser type) in server logs, kept for a short time for security and troubleshooting.
What we don’t do
- We don’t require an account to play — you can play as a guest.
- We don’t sell your data.
- The game is not played for real money. Virtual coins have no monetary value (see the Terms).
Ads
The game may show Google ads (AdSense on the website, AdMob in the apps) between rounds and in the lobby, never during play. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to show ads, including personalised ads only with your consent, requested through a consent message. You can refuse personalised ads or change your choice at any time; details: how Google uses data in ads. Players with the “no ads” subscription don’t see ads.
Third-party services
We use Cloudflare (security and content delivery), Zoho Mail (sending account emails) and, when active, Google AdSense / AdMob (ads). Payments in the mobile apps are processed exclusively by Google Play and the App Store; we never receive your card details.
How long we keep data
Account data is kept for as long as the account exists. You can delete your account yourself in the game (My profile → Delete account) or ask us to delete it; see Delete your account.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its processing. Write to us at [email protected] from your account’s email address. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority (in Romania, ANSPDCP).
Changes
If we change how we use data, we will update this page and the date above.
